North Atlantic Monkfish is one of the most odd looking fish in the sea, with its wide mouth and razor sharp teeth. It will arrive to you in chunky fillets with the membrane removed. It’s a gorgeous meaty fish great for roasting with pancetta wrapped around or best for chopping up and using in curries as it will hold firm and remain in juicy chunks.
